Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY) announced today that its subsidiary, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., in Huntsville, Ala., was named Alabama’s Large Manufacturer of the Year by The Alabama Technology Network and the Business Council of Alabama.
The award, which was presented by Alabama Governor Bob Riley, is given in recognition of a company’s superior performance in the areas of operational excellence, leadership, profitable growth, continuous improvement, customer focus, employee commitment and investment in training and retraining.
