Hong Kong retailing recovery seen aiding Link REIT

Link Real Estate Investment Trust, owner of shopping malls and car parks in working-class neighborhoods of Hong Kong, could see better days if investors look beyond potential share disposals by an institutional stakeholder to focus on the city’s firming market for commercial real estate, analysts say.
