Sofia Vergara rebounds from Joe Manganiello with Beverly Hills surgeon

Sofia Vergara is moving on. The "America's Got Talent" judge was seen leaving dinner in Beverly Hills over the weekend with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman.

Sofia Vergara is bouncing back from her recent divorce from Joe Manganiello.

Vergara was photographed leaving a Beverly Hills restaurant with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman on Friday night.

The "America's Got Talent" judge wore a lace corset top with plum colored pants and black heels. Vergara carried a burgundy clutch in her hand as she made her way to the vehicle. 

Saliman hopped in the driver's seat of the car, wearing a dark gray, button-down shirt.

Per the orthopedic surgeon's website, he is based in Beverly Hills, and operates out of Cedars-Sinai hospital. He is the "founder of Ceterix® Orthopaedics and the inventor of the NovoStitch® Pro Meniscal Repair System, which was acquired by a large medical device company called Smith & Nephew in 2019," according to his website.

Per Saliman's online bio, he earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and did a fellowship at Stanford University. During his time in Northern California, he worked with the San Francisco 49ers.

Manganiello filed for divorce from Vergara on July 19. The couple tied the knot in 2015.

"We have made the difficult decision to divorce," the two shared in a joint statement to Page Six at the time. 

"As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives."

Vegara responded to her estranged husband's divorce filing requesting the court uphold the couple's premarital agreement in documents filed on July 26 and obtained by Fox News Digital. The date of separation was listed as July 2.

The "Modern Family" star also asked that the court confirm "miscellaneous jewelry, artwork and other personal effects" plus her "earnings and accumulations" from before and during the marriage, as well as from before and after the date of separation, will remain hers.

Both Vergara and Manganiello cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reasoning for the divorce.

In September, Vergara admitted she's been "trying to have fun" and has been invited to many events, including the Beyoncé concert and Taylor Swift's tour, with her celebrity friends.

"I've been lucky!" she told "Entertainment Tonight" when asked about her recent adventures last month. "People have been inviting me out, you know, trying to have fun. So I've been going everywhere they invite me."
