Jon Dressler replacing Birkdale Village restaurant with his Fin & Fino concept

Veteran restaurateur Jon Dressler is swapping out concepts at Huntersville’s Birkdale Village. His group, Rare Roots Hospitality, will shutter the Dressler’s Restaurant there to way for a new Fin & Fino location.
