The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (647-247-2481) has several updated training options that allow new students to become fully certified as medical aestheticians, with no qualifications, and approximately one week of in-class training.
Laval, Canada - July 27, 2023 —
The latest updates to the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy’s hybrid training program help to provide equal access to aesthetic training and certification by removing one of the most common barriers. With these new courses, students can complete most of their work online, before receiving practical hands-on training in MedSpa procedures.
More information about online career training, the full list of included procedures, and details about individual classes can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy
Students can now enroll in Dermysk Academy classes from anywhere in Canada, with no previous experience or qualifications, to become fully certified in a new career. However, while the majority of the training can be completed online, students will still be required to spend a minimum of one week at one of the four Dermysk Academy locations across Canada.
After enrolling in a Dermysk Academy course, students will be given access to the online training modules, which can be completed from anywhere with an internet connection. These modules can be worked on at any time, with no time limit, and students can schedule their practical training at the nearest Academy as soon as they complete the online classes.
During the online training, students will learn about the physics and biology involved in a wide range of popular aesthetic procedures, such as laser hair or tattoo removal. They will also learn about the legal, hygiene, and regulatory considerations for working in or operating a MedSpa, and several proven, industry-specific business strategies.
While the Basic training program is enough to allow students to begin working in a MedSpa immediately after graduation, the course also includes all the training and certification required to start a small business. Alternatively, graduates may return at any time to improve their skills using the Advanced program, to learn more complex procedures.
In the Advanced course, students will learn popular techniques like laser gynecology, and regenerative procedures like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments. This program also includes training in CoolSculpting, which uses cold temperatures to non-invasively reshape a client’s physique.
The Dermysk Academy has also updated its Master-level training program, which includes certification in all of the techniques taught in both the Basic and Advanced courses, as well as exclusive training not found elsewhere. Graduates of this course will also receive a Master of Medical Aesthetics certification.
