Vanderbilt University buys Midtown property for $2.55 million

Vanderbilt has been buying up Midtown land for the last few years as it plans for the evolution of its campus in coming years, according to a previous statement. Its most recent buy brings its land transaction volume to at least $195 million since 2019.
