Made in-house using traditional methods, Italian Café Gelato Kitchen + Drinks’ recently added pasta dishes can be ordered in half or full trays that serve 10 or 20 people. Made from a proprietary dough recipe, the restaurant’s pizzas come in 12” and 16” size options, and customers can order up to 20 in each flavor.

In Italian Café Gelato Kitchen + Drinks’ entrée selection, customers can find marinaded or sauteed chicken in Marsala wine, white wine, or lemon caper sauce, or opt for classic Polpette meatballs in marinara sauce. Pasta dishes include gnocchi and stuffed ravioli in a variety of flavors and sauces.
The caterers offer specialty pizzas that are made from imported ingredients such as smoked scamorza. Meaning ‘beheaded’ in southern Italy, scamorza gets its name from its ripening process which involves hanging a string around the top third of the cheese. Speck IGP and Bovarina fior di latte mozzarella can be found amongst other imported meats and cheeses.
The seafood selection offers customers a choice of medleys, shrimp scampi, and lobster ravioli in fra diavolo (brother devil) spicy sauce. The kitchen also provides sandwich platters made with artisan bread.
