Atlanta, Georgia Dec 20, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Sapient Insights Group releases the 25th Edition of its Annual HR Systems Survey White Paper today. The renowned survey is the industry's most extensive research effort worldwide for HR Technology, providing a global view of current and future company plans for technology adoption, crucial practices, and emerging technology trends. This year's survey represents over 2,500 unique participant organizations, a 25% increase over last year, across 65 countries.

In this year's report, buyers expressed more dissatisfaction with technology vendor solutions according to key survey findings. The survey reported that over 50 percent of respondents (HR buyers) said they will consider flipping their payroll, time and attendance, and analytics applications in the next 12 to 24 months. A significant 36 percent of respondents have already made the decision to replace their payroll system in the next two years, the study found.

"Two primary factors causing organizations to reconsider their current payroll systems are the impacts of the pandemic and the expansion of global workforces due to more hybrid work environments, according to Stacey Harris, Chief Research officer and Managing Partner with Sapient Insights. And many survey respondents also said, "the year of grace they gave vendors amid the pandemic had come to an end."

Today, the annual HR Systems Survey,  focused on being the voice of the HR Technology Buyer, covers over 100 HR technology topics and reaches over 5000 individuals. For 24 years, the highly anticipated data has been an important feature of the annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition held in Las Vegas. An overview of this data, presented in the Key Findings report, has been highlighted on the main stage at HR Tech for eight years running. This annual HR Systems Voice of Customer research provides a unique opportunity for industry professionals such as vendors, consultants, investors, and the broader HR practitioner community to leverage critical market insights and emerging trends to make informed business decisions in today's HR technology environment.

"Countless practitioners use this to calibrate what they will deploy next, how much they will spend on it, and more. All of us vendors anxiously await results to see how we do on user experience and vendor satisfaction. Congratulations on the 25th anniversary of this amazing resource," said Lexy Martin,  founder of the survey.

If you would like access to more valuable insights that will equip you with the appropriate tools to make lasting changes to your HR Systems Strategy, a copy of the full White Paper is available for free this year here.
