Biden to tout Micron’s plan for N.Y. chip facility in pre-election economy pitch

President Joe Biden on Thursday is set to showcase plans by microchip maker Micron to build a plant near Syracuse, N.Y., as he seeks to tout his economic accomplishments with midterm elections less than two weeks away.
