Airgun Hunting Legion (AHL) founded in 2020 showcased a new record for the successful harvest of an American alligator by reputed airgun hunter Steve A. With this entry into The Legion record book, Steve joins top airgun sportspersons in showcasing successful hunts on a central hub for airgun hunting.

AHL recognizes the new record for American alligators and has launched the new online record book to bring together the North American and global airgun hunting communities.
Showcasing his successful hunt in Okeechobee County, Steven bagged a seven-foot-four-inch alligator with an FX Impact M3 dual-regulator air rifle using .30 caliber FX Hybrid Slugs shooting 960 FPS. This is currently the world record for an American alligator taken with an airgun. The AHL’s record book allowed hunter Steve A. to log his trophy and share it with a growing community of like-minded enthusiasts.
