What is WAGMI?
WAGMI Games is a gaming franchise that is focusing on adoption from the real world gamers. A series of comic books are already being written to further enhance the story and the relationships with the characters. As new comics are released, new characters and power-ups in the comics will then be able to be played in the game. In addition to the first game WAGMI Defense, on the road map is a fully immersive 3D MMORPG to begin development in Q3 of 2022.
WAGMI Gameplay
In WAGMI Defense you will pick a side (aliens or humans) and defend your three towers against your enemy in a fast-paced PVP model, where you have the option of a friendly fight or the ability to wager the WAGMI token in a winner takes all battle. Like Clash Royale, you will have cards (common to rare) you can deploy on your side of the map to defend or attack each player’s bases. Players will be matched based on their respective skill level to insure fair games. Also, players will have the option to pay for progress which ensures they can create a profitable ecosystem while maintaining a game where players are still skilled enough to win matches.
WAGMI Token
The WAGMI Token is vital to the WAGMI Ecosystem and will be the only virtual currency used in the PvP aspect of the game. There is no requirement to enter fee based contests to play WAGMI Defense. There will also be a PvE (AI) feature in which players can master the game. NFTs will be in the form of characters, towers, power ups, etc. that will aid users throughout their journey in WAGMI Defense.
