New Crisis Response & Behavior Support software module simplifies START compliance

eVero Corporation, a leading software solution provider for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) sector, today announced the addition of Crisis Response Management and Behavior Support capabilities to its Integrated Care Management (ICM) platform. This software module will enable provider agencies across the United States to effectively and efficiently manage the reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements of the START (Systematic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources & Treatment) model methodology.

The START program model was designed to provide community-based crisis support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have complex behavioral or mental health needs. The model provides prevention and stabilization through personalized, intensive services such as crisis response, stabilization planning, training and education, consultation, and respite. The goal of START is to optimize independence, treatment, and community living for these Individuals while providing tools and support for their families and those who provide services.

eVero’s Crisis Response & Behavior Support module reinforces the START program’s person-centered, solutions-focused approach with customizable workflows and dashboards that help agencies meet the collaboration, data collection, and reporting program requirements. Built-in tools and alerts simplify meeting, support and outreach tracking and ensure documentation compliance for each person supported. The eVero platform also includes a revenue management module, which streamlines the billing and claims processes and provides detailed reporting on the entire revenue cycle, from payments received to future accounts receivable.
