Regis CEO Felipe Athayde resigns; Matthew Doctor named interim chief

Regis CEO Felipe Athayde, who joined the salon chain in fall 2020, has resigned effective immediately, though he'll remain on the board through March. Regis named Matthew Doctor as interim CEO.
