Noodles & Co. makes plans to open in Las Cruces and El Paso next fall

John Ramsay, VP of franchise sales for Noodles & Co., said the company is still zeroing in where the sites will go but imagines three initial locations in El Paso and one in Las Cruces. An Albuquerque expansion is still under consideration down the line, Ramsay said.
