Metro Building & Remodeling Group Ranks Third in Qualified Remodeler's 2021 TOP 500 List for Design/Build Remodelers in Virginia

ASHBURN, Va. - Aug. 20, 2021 - PRLog -- Qualified Remodeler magazine announced its 2021 list of the TOP 500 remodelers in the US. For the fourth year in a row, Metro Building and Remodeling Group LLC of Ashburn, Virginia was on the list. Among Virginia remodelers in the design/build remodeler category, Metro ranked 3rd. Among all design/build remodelers nationally, Metro ranked 49th.

In this list, design/build remodelers are ranked alongside other categories of remodeling firms, such as insurance restoration companies, replacement remodeling contractors, and kitchen & bath firms. Those firms are often franchised or may have multiple branch offices nationally. Historically, companies in those categories generate many times the revenue of design/build remodelers, who are typically not franchise businesses.

The 2021 Qualified Remodeler TOP 500 list places Metro Building and Remodeling Group at 343 among all categories of all remodelers nationwide. In 2020 Metro placed 416; in 2019, Metro placed 420; and in 2018, Metro placed 426 among all categories nationwide.

In 2021, Qualified Remodeler magazine's TOP 500 represented $13 billion in remodeling sales volume and provided 1.1 million jobs.

Metro Building and Remodeling Group LLC was chosen as a 2021 TOP 500 remodeler by the Qualified Remodeler editorial staff for meeting a set of criteria including installed remodeling dollar volume, total years in business, industry association membership, industry certification, industry awards, and community service.
