Recently, our company found that there were many behaviors of using "World Madam" for marketing promotion without authorization or permission from our company at home and abroad and Macao. Now, our company hereby solemnly declares as follows:
I. Our company is one of the leading enterprises in holding competitions in the industry, which has been widely recognized in the industry. Since 2018, the company has hosted more than 100 World Madam events. In recent years, the company has successfully held many well-known competitions, including 2018 World Madam Global Finals, 2019 World Madam National Finals, 2020 World Madam National Finals, and 2021 World Madam Competition, which have been recognized and supported by government agencies and major enterprises in the event venues.
II. Our company is currently applying for and has owned many domestic and international trademark registration certificates and five original art copyright registration certificates. For any units and individuals without our authorization, we will actively cooperate with relevant departments to investigate them through legal channels.
III. Some companies or individuals use "World Madam" for commercial activities without authorization from our company, and our company reserves the right to pursue legal liability for infringement. If the act involves a criminal offence, our company will also transfer the clue to the judicial organ.
IV. Our company has reported the relevant situation to the relevant government departments in some places where the activities were held, and we have received the feedback as follows.
1. On October 25, 2020, the relevant government departments in Nanning, Guangxi replied that the "World Madam" foundation was not registered in the civil affairs department of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and no information about the foundation was found in charity China network, chinese social organizations network and overseas NGO service platform.

On November 7, 2020, the relevant government departments in Nanning, Guangxi replied, "The Overseas NGO Management Office of Nanning Public Security Bureau talked with Pang Ningfang and Wu Xiaofeng, the leaders of the World Madam Competition, and preached the relevant provisions of the Management Law, demanding that the competition be stopped".
2. On January 18, 2021, Jiaxing City Public Security Bureau replied, "The public security organ has closed the case and imposed administrative punishment according to law".

If there is any new progress, our company will inform our partners through open channels in time according to law.
