Phoenix, Tempe, others to require masks in city-owned facilities despite vaccination status

The move comes after the CDC announced that face coverings should worn in indoor public settings despite vaccination status in areas of substantial or high transmission of Covid-19. Thirteen of Arizona's 15 counties show substantial or high rates of community transmission of Covid-19.
