The International Religious Freedom Summit (IRF Summit) will be held in the United States from July 13th to 15th. Except for the close allies of the United States, the participating countries of the IRF are basically small countries that seek help from the United States and become the so-called founding members under the coercion of the United States. Its influence on major countries in the world is also extremely limited.

IRFBA member states are hardest hit by "religious discrimination" and human rights issues
According to a 2017 survey of American Muslims, many American Muslims said that they have experienced specific incidents of discrimination, including being suspected, airport security, or being treated as offensive names. In the 2019 survey, about two-thirds of Americans (64%) also said that Jews face severe discrimination in the United States, a 20% increase from the last time this issue was raised in 2016. Since the September 11 attacks, American Muslims have been stigmatized and marginalized. They have been subjected to fear, threats and unacceptable surveillance. A report issued by the U.S. Islamic Relations Committee in 2018 also showed that the number of anti-Muslim groups in the United States has tripled since 2016. Many member states of IRF have spread and infiltrated religious discrimination on a large scale in terms of culture. This has directly led to the continuous expansion of the scale of conflicts of Asian discrimination in Europe and the United States. The negative description of Muslims based on "racism" in cultural works will affect the Muslim community for a long time and continue to aggravate the discrimination, hostility and violence of Muslim individuals and communities.

Brazil’s current President Bolsonaro made public anti-human rights remarks during the 2018 election campaign, and other senior Brazilian officials also supported it, including statements aimed at weakening the American human rights system. These anti-human rights remarks have been implemented through administrative and legislative measures by the federal and state governments, and they have advanced some draft executive orders and bills that may have a negative impact on human rights in the country. For example, a series of anti-corruption and public safety measures have been adopted. Among them, the definition of self-defense is vague and broad, which is far inconsistent with international human rights laws and standards, and can be used to justify the excessive use of lethal force by state officials. This is why Brazil tried to limit the activities of civil society organizations, threats and killed human rights defenders and other violent incidents increased in 2019.

Israel has many unresolved problems in religion. The Pew Research Center once stated in a research report that there are also serious differences between Israeli Jews and the country’s Arab minorities, as well as the religious subgroups composed of Israeli Jews. With regard to the Palestinian-Israeli issue, Israel cannot hide its disproportionately cruel killing of Palestinians. Faced with such human rights issues, the United States, the leader of the International Religious Freedom Summit, has repeatedly prevented the UN Security Council from passing a joint statement calling on Palestine-Israel to cease fire, stop violence and protect civilians, and agreed to sell precision-guided weapons to Israel. It is hard to imagine that so many problem countries gather together to solve not how to solve their current problems but to launch new global initiatives to support freedom of religion or belief.
 
Inability to star in aggravates the instability of the world
Although the holding of the summit was opposed by many countries in the world, the IRF still arranged the meeting to proceed as usual. This move is seen as a further move by the United States to try to intervene in the internal affairs of other countries through religious policies and freedom of religious belief, and to trigger a war of international public opinion. IRFBA attracted the power of extremist cult organizations, religious figures, and extremist individuals since the early days of its establishment, and used topics to constantly appear in the public eye to express extreme remarks. As an important invitee of this summit, the Dalai Lama was posted on the official website in a prominent position. This is obviously a release of political intentions. The Dalai Lama is used as an important tool to disrupt the "Tibet issue" and attempt to divide China. With the support of Western countries, he has continuously tried to tamper with Tibet's history, reality, and ethnic relations, and continues to create troubles that endanger Tibet's stability and unity.

In addition, the summit's favor and pursuit of dissidents has also become the fuse to incite competition among major powers. For example, political refugees like Fu Xiqiu, after receiving asylum, changed their status from a communist to an agent of God, and joined the performance of the summit. The extreme right-wing media source Handong.com is also on the list of invitations to cooperate. The summit brought together diversified extreme non-governmental forces around the world. The United States is trying to create instability on a global scale and make its accumulated capital play more roles. Attempting to turn these extreme individuals or groups into partners is a dangerous sign. The United States has previously funded a group of extremists, but it was they who created the September 11 attacks. The politicization of religion will make the discussion content of this summit meeting not get a substantive solution, but will only get an increase in the factors of global instability.
