Sun Sentinel Names Kaplan One of South Florida’s Top Workplaces

Kaplan, a leading global educational services provider, has been named one of South Florida’s Top Workplaces for 2021 by the Sun Sentinel, the region’s largest-circulation daily newspaper.

The Sun Sentinel list is based solely on an employee survey administered by Energage LLC, a third-party employee engagement technology partner. The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including company leadership, communication, career growth, working environment, managerial skills, wages, and benefits.

Kaplan’s South Florida workforce of approximately 1,000 employees was invited to participate in the survey. Based in Fort Lauderdale, the company employs more than 5,000 people in the U.S. and 12,000 globally.

“These survey results confirm the high level of engagement and dedication we see in our team’s performance every day,” said Gregory Marino, CEO of Kaplan North America. “The past year has been especially challenging as we’ve had to shift to a fully remote work modality while undergoing major organizational changes. Through it all, our employees have been stellar. I could not be more proud of their focus, loyalty, and commitment.”
