The law firm brings Kentucky Courage™ to fight for injured people

LEXINGTON, KY, April 27, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer announces a merger with the firm Bentley, George & Sparks, effective April 1, and is pleased to introduce two new members.

The merger brings experienced attorneys Bruce Bentley and Alison Sparks to our Kentucky Courage legal team. Our London attorneys are dedicated to standing up to insurance companies and fighting for every dollar our clients deserve after serious accidents caused by others' negligence. Our new members are:

Attorney Bruce Bentley — He is an accomplished trial lawyer who is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an invitation-only group of attorneys who have achieved settlements or jury awards of at least $1 million. A native of Knott County, Kentucky, Bruce Bentley has practiced in the Laurel County area for two decades and headed his own law firm for 10 years before joining Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer. He focuses his practice on helping hardworking Kentuckians who have been injured in car accidents, truck accidents and other types of personal injury accidents fight for just compensation. He is active in Laurel County civic and professional groups.

"My priority is to determine how I'm going to help each person recover as much as possible and be treated fairly," Bruce Bentley says. "That is where my negotiating skills and two decades of litigation experience are crucial."

Attorney Alison Sparks —Alison Sparks focuses her law practice primarily on Social Security Disability cases and also on workers' compensation claims. She seeks to achieve outcomes that have a positive effect on the lives of her clients, who may have been disabled or seriously injured and are struggling to obtain the benefits to rebuild their lives.

"I understand that each and every case will change the life of my client," Alison Sparks says. "I take that responsibility seriously."
