FirstEnergy CEO says utility 'acted ethically' in support of nuclear power plant bailout

FirstEnergy Corp. "acted ethically" last year in its support of House Bill 6, the law that bailed out Northeast Ohio's two nuclear power plants, the utility's CEO said Thursday.
