TORONTO - TheNewswire - April 24, 2020 - Central Condominium Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") is providing an update on timing of the release of its annual financial statements for the twelve- months ended December 31, 2019 (the "Annual Financial Statements"), which are required to be filed and/or delivered to the applicable securities regulatory authorities and made available to unitholders pursuant to subsections 2.9(17.4), (17.5) and (17.6) of National Instrument 45-106

In light of recent COVID-19 developments and the impact on market participants, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) recently announced temporary relief from certain regulatory filings required to be made on or before June 1, 2020. This blanket relief provides a 45-day extension for periodic filings and delivery requirements, including with respect to financial statements.
Accordingly, the REIT will be utilizing the extension period for the delivery and availability of its Annual Financial Statements. The Annual Financial Statements, which would otherwise have a filing, delivery and/or availability deadline of April 29, 2020, are required to be filed, delivered and/or made available on or before June 13,2020.
