It's unclear if US, Europe can reopen when new coronavirus cases remain high, says Fitch Solutions

The number of new coronavirus cases in U.S., Spain and Italy may have peaked, but it's still "extremely high" compared that in South Korea and China, said Cedric Chehab, head of country risk and global strategy at Fitch Solutions.
