St. Louis company buys closed Ameren plant in Illinois

St. Louis-based Environmental Liability Transfer has acquired the closed Meredosia Power Station from Ameren Energy Medina Valley Cogen LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ameren Corp.
