Foundations create new nonprofit support group

The group represents the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York, the John R. Oishei Foundation, the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, the Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation and the Western New York Foundation as well as Virginia Oehler, an independent consultant, and Cadwallader & Associates Consulting Services.
