Boston chamber head calls transit issues a ‘crisis’ in wake of MBTA derailments

Hours after the derailment of a Red Line train snarled commutes, Jim Rooney, the head of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce said the region’s public transit system and traffic congestion is at “crisis levels.”
