College admissions scandal leader Rick Singer sells house for $2.5M

William “Rick” Singer, the Newport Beach businessman who allegedly orchestrated a college admissions bribery scandal, has sold his house for $2.525 million and will forfeit the proceeds from the sale to the federal government.
