'Makes no sense:' National transit expert calls out Nashville's $5.2B transit plan

"Building a system like [the city's proposed $5.2 billion plan] makes no sense in a city like Nashville." That's the takeaway from New York-based transit expert Aaron Renn, a senior fellow with the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research.
