Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PBD

The PowerShares Global Clean Energy Portfolio ETF (PBD) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 46,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 25,000. Shares of PBD were up about 1.6% on the day.
