Ross Pennock is a pop/hip-hop songwriter, and recording artist out of Denver, Colorado. Growing up as a student of speech and performing arts, Ross quickly adapted his delivery and articulation towards music with a powerful combination of aggressive lyricism, and catchy melodies. His biggest strength may be his ability to consistently change directions, providing audiences with a full-bodied range within his artist profile. There truly is something for everyone, from down-tempo R&B, to high intensity hip-hop, Ross Pennock can deliver the hook to draw from a wide range of listeners.
The EP release marks the second album of original music from the likes of talented producers, writers and artists including Boony Beats, Dawscyclops and Luna Blake. His debut album, "Don't Stand Still" is currently on rotation on over 100 college and independent radio stations across the country, and was picked up for licensing by MTV, VH1, and E!. Since moving to Denver, he has released an EP with local label Mile High Sound Movement Records entitled "A Different Place in Time" in January of 2015.
Ross Pennock recently partnered with Sound Affects because of his mission to support charity in cancer research. Sound Affects strategically partners with celebrity musical artists to promote their mission, which is the Band Together to Fight Cancer. Ross asks his supporting fans to be an integral part of his campaign to giving funds to cancer research and cures. He states, "Being involved in music my entire life, I always sensed the magical healing power of music. I think it's great that Sound Affects has seen the connection to help fight this war on cancer!"
