This transaction, which was private, will be the second aquisition by Ethode in the last 5 years helping to make Ethode one of the largest web development companies in Ohio.
Ethode has been in business since 2010 and has grown to 11+ employees and has over 1000 clients throughout the United States. Headquartered in Medina Ohio, Ethode has grown its business primarily working with clients in the Education and Healthcare industries that need help with complex, enterprise web applications.
For Ethode, this was a great opportunity to expand an area of its business which has been growing fast. In 2015 Ethode will also be opening one of the first OpenStack deployments in Ohio. OpenStack is a Cloud web hosting platform which allows companies to own their own cloud.
