BlackRock, Inc. to Report Second Quarter 2007 Earnings on July 18

BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK) today announced that it will report results for the second quarter of 2007 prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, July 18, 2007. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Laurence D. Fink, and Chief Financial Officer, Paul L. Audet, will host a teleconference call for investors and analysts at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). BlackRocks second quarter earnings release will be available in the investor relations section of the Companys website, www.blackrock.com, before the teleconference call begins.
