Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Daily Small Cap Bull 3x Shares (TNA), which shed 2,150,000 shares, or a 17.5% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of TNA, in morning trading today Ishares Russell 2000 Index (IWM) is off about 0.5%.
