Regina Medical Aesthetic Certification, Single Mother Career Training Update

New accessible classes from the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy make it easier for students to gain their certification as an aesthetician, using an updated hybrid learning model that allows most of the classroom education to be completed at home.

Students can now access 3 levels of training for medical aesthetics, from the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy, using an updated course structure that provides both online training and in-person practical experience.

More information about medical aesthetician certification, the updated courses, and the Dermysk Academy can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy

The Basic, Advanced, and Master level courses from the Dermysk Academy have undergone several changes that make it easier for students to attend, regardless of their life circumstances, while still offering hands-on experience with real clients in a clinic. After students complete the online training modules for each course, they can attend a one to two-week practical training program at the Academy.

The new hybrid courses allow students to continue their education at their own pace, regardless of their current skill level. Students may enroll in the Basic course with no previous experience, as long as they have a high school diploma, and will receive their certification in up to a dozen common medical aesthetic procedures.

In the Basic course, students will be asked to complete 7 online modules, before attending the one-week practical training program. During their practical training, they will get experience with a variety of tools and procedures, including laser hair or tattoo removal, acne treatments, and microblading. A full list of procedures included in each course can be found on the Dermysk Academy website.

After graduation from the Basic course, which can be completed in as little as a few months, students will be able to begin a new career as a medical aesthetician, open their own business, or begin the next course to improve their new skills. To enroll in the Advanced course, students will require either 5 years of experience in the industry or to have graduated from the Basic program.

While the Advanced course picks up where the Basic program left off, and teaches complex procedures such as Body Sculpting and stem cell treatments, students also have a second option to complete their education. The Dermysk Academy’s updated Master level course includes all the same content as both the Basic and Advanced programs, as well as exclusive Master level training.

This intensive course allows new students to optimize their training, by providing the full program in a single package. While this course includes much of the same training as other options and exclusive Master’s level training, it also provides students with a Master of Medical Aesthetics certification, which is not available through the other programs.
