For Rob, these principles came into practice recently when a concerned father entered Rivera Toyota looking for the perfect vehicle for his teenage daughter. Instead, he stressed the importance of safety, particularly for first-time drivers.
"You have to consider safety as the top priority for a first-time driver," Rob said. "I want my customers to make the best car-buying decision for their needs and lifestyle.”
And so, with this in mind, Rob recommended the Toyota RAV4 -- a decision which ended up being life-saving.
Less than a month after driving his daughter’s car off the lot, the buyer returned to Rivera Toyota with the story of how his daughter emerged unscathed from a potentially fatal accident - thanks to her RAV4.
"Seeing our customers safe and satisfied is the most rewarding part of my job," said Rob, clearly moved by the father's story.
