Dwight Capital has expanded its services unveiling Dwight Green Finance, a lending platform led by Lisa Nordel, aimed at financing a range of property improvements through C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy). Her achievements include overseeing underwriting, closing over $850 million in C-PACE financings, and managing various financial facilities.
