Terex Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release on July 13, 2004,
announcing a conference call to be held on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at 8:30 a.m.,
Eastern time, to review the Company's second quarter 2004 financial results. The
teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the
public.
The Company also announced that it will be releasing its second quarter
2004 financial results to the wire services on Wednesday, July 21, 2004, after
market close. This press release will also be available on the Company's website
at www.terex.com.
