Item 8.01 Other Events.
In connection with the appeal by Mesa Air Group, Inc. (Mesa) of the ruling of the United
States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii (the Court) that Mesa violated the terms of a
confidentiality agreement with Hawaiian Airlines and awarded Hawaiian $80 million in damages, Mesa
has posted a $90 million bond. The bond amount covers the original judgment, $4.7 million in legal
fees, $3.4 million for a years worth of interest and
$1.9 million for additional costs. Mesa has
funded the bond amount from cash on hand.
