Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 30, 2010, the Corporation received an imminent danger order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Spanish Springs quarry in Sparks, Nevada. The order was issued when two employees were performing a screen change at a height of approximately 6 feet above a walkway but were not wearing safety lines or fall protection.
