Item 8.01 Other Events

On November 19, 2010, Mr. David Brager was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President, Sales Division of Citizens Business Bank, a subsidiary of CVB Financial Corp. Mr. Brager previously served as Senior Vice President & Manager of the Central Valley Region of Citizens Business Bank. Mr. Brager joined Citizens Business Bank in 2003. Mr. Brager succeeds Mr. Todd Hollander.
