Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On September 21, Nocopi Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has entered into an Agreement of Terms with Entrevest I Associates. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
