On December 1, 2006, the AMS Health Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the board of directors had approved the appointment of Lawrence R. Moreau as an independent director of the Company. Mr. Moreau was appointed to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Harland Stonecipher in December 2005.  Additional information regarding Mr. Moreau is set forth in the Press Release attached to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
