Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On Thursday, November 3, 2005, Sierra Health Services, Inc., or Sierra, issued a press release announcing that members of senior management are scheduled to present at three banking conferences. The first presentation is at the CIBC World Markets 16th Annual Healthcare Conference in New York on Tuesday, November 8, 2005. Sierra's presentation is scheduled to begin at approximately 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The second presentation is at the SG Cowen Global Healthcare Conference in Barcelona, Spain on Wednesday, November 9, 2005. Sierra's presentation is scheduled to begin at approximately 10:20 a.m. Central European Time. The third presentation is at the Credit Suisse First Boston Healthcare Conference in Phoenix on Thursday, November 17, 2005. Sierra's presentation is scheduled to begin at approximately 8:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.
