On May 12, 2008, Merge Healthcare Incorporated (the "Registrant") issued a News Release containing information about its financial condition and results of operations. The Registrant announced that it has filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") its financial statements for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2008, included in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for such period.
