On June 20, 2006, Luminent Mortgage Capital, Inc. provided information as part of a presentation that as of March 31, 2006 91% of the Company's portfolio of residential mortgage loans had FICO scores greater than 650 and 95% of the Company's portfolio of residential mortgage loans had loan-to-value ratios of 80% or less.
