On March 4, 2015, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it has priced its private offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior unsecured notes due 2025. The notes will be issued at a price of 100.000% of the face amount in a private placement, to be conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
