On June 24, 2009, American Tower Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has completed its cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 7.50% senior notes due 2012. The Company’s press release, dated June 24, 2009, is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
