Doyle R. Simons was elected to the board of directors of Fiserv, Inc. effective August 21, 2007. At the time of this disclosure, no determination has been made regarding the committee on which Mr. Simons will serve.
Mr. Simons, 43, is currently an executive vice president of Temple-Inland, Inc., a position he has held since 2005. Mr. Simons previously served as chief administrative officer of Temple-Inland from 2003 to 2005, as vice president—administration from 2000 to 2003, and as director of investor relations from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Simons holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas, and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
