Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 24, 2007, Lithium Technology Corporation (the “Company”) is giving a presentation at the Wall Street Analyst Forum, an institutional investor conference, at 9:10 a.m. at the Princeton Club in New York City. The presentation, which discusses the Company’s present business operations, plans and strategy, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. This Current Report and Exhibit 99.1 hereto are being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD.
