On March 16, 2007, Natural Alternatives International, Inc. (NAI) issued a press release announcing the receipt of an additional Swiss pharmaceutical license by its subsidiary, Natural Alternatives International Europe, S.A., and an update to its third quarter guidance. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
